Halloween Parade at 8:45am No Clown Costumes Please, and do not bring any of props that look like weapons. We suggest that no props be brought as they can get lost and/or destroyed during the course of the day. Minimum Day.


October 31 – November 4

  • Conference Week: Minimum Days
  • Dismissal Times: Grades K – 3: 1:10pm, Grades 4 – 8: 1:20pm
  • Teachers do begin conferences immediately, so please be sure you are picking up your child on time and that we have a clear campus for our afterschool programs by 1:30pm. Thank you.

There is no Academic Center this Week.

  • Academic Center (Homework Center) begins in the Library. The hours are: Mon, Tue. Thurs: 2:45 – 4:00 PM Wed.: 1:30 – 2:45 PM The Center will be closed during conference week and the week before Winter Break.

Safety After School

If students are not part of the J-Teen afterschool program, or the Day Care program, they must be off campus by 3:00 PM at the latest. Academic Center is for completion of homework only. Students are expected to leave the Center upon completion of their work. We cannot allow students to remain if they are not doing their work.
