Keeping a Community Strong
Our school community is a strong one.  We do many things every day to connect with one another.  When we connect with others through an empathetic and compassionate lens, we build strong relationships.  Our goal as teachers is to build those relationships with our students so that they enjoy learning, persevere while learning, and grow in their lives because of this rigorous and challenging environment.  So many people in our school work toward strengthening the community every day.   Teachers, office, yard duty, maintenance, kitchen, and all of our support staff are part of the goal to help children learn and grow.

We also appreciate the daily work of volunteers in our school. Because of their help, students understand that parents value education, and this bolsters their desire to do better in their studies.  In addition, our volunteers ensure that we can deliver a rich curriculum that is centered around our creative arts.  The whole community working together increases creativity and critical thinking.

Soon, you will be receiving the pink volunteer forms.  Returning these forms is important.  It will help us in being able to thank you for all that you have done to make our community strong through your caring.
