Volunteers: A Word of Thanks
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the myriad volunteers who help us out every day here at Cabrillo. Have you ever asked yourself, “How does that happen?”
Often times, the magic of mixed bag fundraisers, original works, book fair, auctions, etc. just happen. Well, none of these things would happen without the work of volunteers at our school. Their energy, vitality, and sheer joy in helping to put these things in motion is priceless.
In addition, I have the great joy in walking up and down our hallways daily to see volunteers helping in reading, art projects, visual art classes, music classes, P.E., and a host of other activities and projects that enhance and support the students in their learning. Again, without these volunteers, many of these activities simply would not happen.
I want to personally thank each and every one of you for doing all that you do. Your gifts of time, talent and funds are appreciated so much. Share in kindness Cabrillo!
